To provide businesses some simple pathways for getting started with ClickUp, we have two packages to offer:

Standard

For those who are serious about getting the most out of their ClickUp platform, everything in Basic included but with more project management, configuration assistance, live training and support.

Suitable for:

▸Mid-large sized teams
▸Businesses wanting independent project delivery/management of ClickUp (by Puzzle).
▸Businesses wanting project updates and live chat support throughout the implementation phases
▸Where ‘In-person’ training is preferred
▸Where custom configuration & updates will be required to suit business/department requirements
▸Those wanting an assured level of support after going live

Basic

If just wanting assistance with broad configuration components that run the ClickUp platform and help with native integrations to get underway, this option is for you. Note - training is self-paced and undertaken by the business.

Suitable for:

▸Smaller teams
▸If internally managing the project delivery of ClickUp but want help with configuration/integrations only.
▸Self-paced training delivered internally (undertaken by business).
▸Ok with potential adhoc consulting and enhancement requests post going live.



Project Duration

Basic Package: Minimum 2 weeks required.

Standard Package: A minimum of 4-8 weeks is required to plan and deliver your ClickUp implementation.

In Person System Training included

Standard Package Only: As follows:
