Project Duration

Depending on the practice requirements, the estimated time to go live is generally between 4 to 12 weeks, although this is really up to the business and strategic plans. Practices may also have motivating factors to get up and running quickly e.g. due to licencing or systems changes.

Of course if you have the resources and time, this can also help shorten the length of the project. Usually firms tend to go live at the beginning of a selected month to make for a clean transition, although for progressive billing practices any cut over date is fine. 

For practices considering their wider application deployment (e.g. document management, corporate secretarial, CRM, e-sign etc, we often collaborate together to set a broader timeline and goals.
