A little bit about us
Owner Nick Wilkinson
Puzzle Solutions was formed in March 2017 and is a software implementation, training and consultancy company for professional services organisations based in Auckland, New Zealand and assisting customers globally.
Until then, founder Nick was employed full time by the Auckland based Xero team as a Practice Management and Partner Consultant (4 years) helping accounting practices and professional partners move online, implement and utilise the software applications available to run their business.
Since the commencement of Puzzle Solutions in 2017 we have gradually helped our customers with various apps from not only accounting and finance but to customer onboarding, ticketing, payments systems, document management, workflow management and others also.
Helping solve our customers software / process challenges is what we thrive off.
Nick also has ongoing experience working in public practice Chartered Accountancy firms in New Zealand since 2007.
