FYI Automations
Automated processes are the magic that a lot practices want to unlock with FYI. The ROI and time saved for most practices can add up immensely.
Whilst there are a number of automations you can download directly from FYI along with instructions, many require custom filters, custom steps, custom documents and importantly training. This can leave practices who don’t have the expertise or time, short of actually getting these going or realising their benefits.
Automation Packages

To make setting up automations as smooth as possible, we offer several automation packs that come pre-loaded with common automations we see across our practices. We do include a number of automations also available on the FYI Automation Library.
Note - Many of the draft automations we ship will need to be reviewed, adjusted and activated in order to run.
Automation Pack - Tier 1
This automation pack offers essential notifications and data integrity checks, giving you a strong start with FYI process automations. These are considered foundational automations necessary for maintaining optimal FYI performance.
It's perfect for practices that want to begin exploring automations without diving too deeply, recognising the significant value this aspect of the FYI system provides.

Automation Pack - Tier 2
This automation package includes foundational automations from our Tier 1 pack, along with a comprehensive set of job automations, client onboarding, offboarding, and task management.
This is the ideal automation stack for practice managers, enabling your FYI to operate on autopilot with streamlined workflows. It also sets you on the path to efficiently handle other key client processes, such as onboarding and offboarding.

Automation Pack - Tier 3
For Elite practices only. This automation package features foundational automations from our Tier 1 pack, comprehensive job automations, and client onboarding/offboarding from our Tier 2 pack. Additionally, it includes Elite automations for managing invoices, work-in-progress (WIP), and employee processes.
For practices aiming to maximize the benefits of Elite and available automations, we recommend this Tier 3 stack. It will propel you to the level of efficiency seen in well-established Elite practices.

Automation Process Fundamentals & Development

Suitable For
New or existing FYI practices that don’t know a thing about automations but want to get started.
Existing FYI practices that have struggled to grasp the key concepts to actually activate them or make them work.
What it includes
This includes, Automation fundamentals, developing automation steps, testing and activation of draft automations, working with sample custom processes and how to maintain your automations year to year. In regard to developing automation steps, we generally ask the practice to nominate a more detailed process to run through in detail, so they have a much better understanding of how to systematically unlock a more advanced process. For example, this could be client onboarding, annual accounts, or GST finalisation etc.
What it doesn’t include
Coverage of every single process.
Detailed training on every step possible within a process.
AI steps (coming soon).

Custom Automations & Integrations
