Our Implementation Service

Our typical implementation service and project time line is demonstrated below. Of course this can change depending on other systems you may be implementing but we undertake a broad discussion with you during our discovery sessions to determine the best strategy and timing.

 
 

Project Duration

A minimum of 3-4 weeks is required to plan and book your document migration service in with FYI.

Add to that time for configuration of stationery templates, cabinet settings, aligning XPM fields (states/custom fields/job categories), other user settings and admin. Typically we would recommend 6-8 weeks to allow a good buffer for configuration, testing, migration and training. Most practices we’ve worked with appreciate the extra configuration time getting the system to shine for when staff log in and start using it.

If considering a wider tech stack implementation (other practice software, XPM, secretarial, e-sign etc) discuss with us your plans and we can prepare a project timeline for you.
